Q: How well does it work with oil spray?
2 years agoA: It works well for cleaned and properly prepped areas, when using outdoors of course any wind and/or high ambient temperature will impact results

8 years agoA: I know a few products come in cans that fit this gun. They are: 1) Rubberized Rockerguard Undercoating (047-7937-0) , and 2) Rust Check (047-7933-8 & 047-7910-2)

Q: I have a gallon of Fluid film. Like to shoot it under my car. I got a 10 gallons air compressor with this specs: 4cfm @90psi — 5cfm @ 40psi. Is Schutz Siphon gun a good option and match to proceed to that task ?
5 years agoA: This is certainly on the low end; you may encounter uneven paint flow or paint splattering.

Q: How to you clean this after use?
6 years agoA: Use solvents/rags to clean all accessible areas; then place a small amount of solvent in a small can, immerse the end of siphon tube and spray in short, intermittent bursts until comes out clean.
