This convenient wireless backup camera connects via WiFi to your mobile device allowing you to see the camera view on your device's screen! It comes with a waterproof camera and a WiFi transmitter which connect to power in the back of the vehicle. To view the camera on your mobile device, simply download the free app called "GoVue" from the App Store or Google Play Store, connect your device to the WiFi Network called "GoVue" and you will be able to see the camera view on the GoVue app! With this camera system, not only will you be able to view the camera on your mobile device but you'll be able to record footage straight to your device as well! You'll also be able to save still shots from the footage and both images and videos will be saved right to the GoVue app.

Questions
Q: will the camera stay on while in drive? We are looking to use this for a review mirror on a motor home, and want to camera to stay on while we are driving forward, and back ward.
10 years agoA: This question is a year old, but I will answer for the benefit of others. You have to be careful with most backup systems as they are not designed to be used all the time and the camera can overheat if you do so. Fortunately this product states in the Product Manual that the "Camera can also be connected to ignition power to view as long as the vehicle is turned on."

8 years agoA: The app does not automatically open when you go in reverse. You will need to manually open the app whenever you want to see the view from the camera.
