Buyer Beware: Top rail and two side rails are not included in the kit. Also, this is not clearly explained as missing. Good product but picture is not helpful

A: Adjustable shelves can only be used in a Fast Track configuration. Therefore the weight varies from 130 lbs(2 feet) to 160 lbs. (4 feet). This is true provided the horizontal hang rail is touching at least 2 studs.

Q: how deep is the shelf?

A: Configurations shelves are 12" deep. However they come as 'A' and 'B' and one is slightly less than 12" for the purpose of overlapping them to fit consumer need rather than cutting them to fit.
