[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pellets surprised me. They heat very fast and reach a very high temperature, perfect to seal the meat in minutes. The flavor they leave is real smoked, nothing artificial. I liked that almost do not leave ash, so cleaning after party is easy
They burn strong, so you have to be aware because the meat can pass in a blink of an eye. If you are distracted, eye. And they don’t give a super deep smoke like traditional firewood, but for a quick and tasty roast they are perfect.
I would buy them again!
They meet, perform and the taste remains.
