Good standing steamer!!!

I recently tried out the Rowenta 1500W Upright Powerful Garment Steamer and overall, it works really well for everyday garment care. This upright steamer heats up quickly (about 45 s) so it’s ready to go in no time, which makes it great for busy mornings or last-minute touch-ups before work or school. 
The steam output is strong and consistent, with enough power to smooth out wrinkles on shirts, dresses, jackets, and even curtains or bulky fabrics. I found it easy to use—the upright design with a built-in hanger lets you steam clothes without needing an ironing board, and the large 1.3 L water tank means you can steam for around 40 minutes before refilling. 
Accessories like the fabric brush and protective glove are nice extras that help the steam penetrate fabrics more effectively and keep your hands comfortable. The two steam settings are useful too, as they let you adjust the intensity depending on how delicate or heavy the garment is. 
In short, if you want a powerful, easy-to-use steamer that handles daily wrinkle removal with no fuss, this Rowenta model delivers solid performance. It’s convenient, effective on a range of fabrics, and cuts down on time compared to traditional ironing.

Critically Flawed and a Safety Hazard

Please don't ever buy this steamer. We bought one in March, and within 3 months, the cap that seals the water tank had begun to warp due the heat of the machine, no longer creating a proper seal. Boiling water would spew out the back of the machine like a waterfall, soaking the floor in moments. I contacted the company, who begrudgingly sent me a replacement cap. The new cap faced the same issue less than two months later. We just purchased a whole new unit for Black Friday, hoping that perhaps it was our machine that was flawed, but the unit started leaking immediately after the first 10 minutes.
The components the machine is built with can't withstand the heat it creates. Aside from this critical safety concern, the steamer itself barely works. The steam comes out in puffs at an inconsistent rate. The tube has to be inverted or extended frequently to get the steam to flow out. It is very noisy.
Please spend your money on literally anything else. We will be reporting this product to Health Canada as hazardous.

The Rowenta steamer is great. It produces steam fast. The upright bar and the hanger makes steaming safe and easy. The accessories (glove and brush) are added bonus
