Remanufactured Starter Instead of a New One!!!

I was told it was a new starter, and I payed more than $500 for it to Canadian Tire autoshop (starter price included). How come it becomes a remanufactured one? I request a refund!

Picked one up Friday afternoon. Installed it. Dead. Pulled it out and bench tested it. Confirmed it was dead. Had to make a trip back to swap for another one the next day. A full day wasted.

Hi, i went on canadian tire web site to search for a starter for my pilot 2004 and it confirm that this model would fit and it did. i wacht a video on youtube for a guide for the installation and it when ok i took longer time then the video but it when smoothly i am very happy, it start good. thank you canadian tire.
