Good TV - Bad smart TV

I bought this TV mostly because it was on sale and the price was good ($300), for a 45 inch TV.
As for the "smart tv" aspect of the product. Its not very useful. There are 8 apps. 4 of which are not useful in Canada. The screen cast option doesnt work properly. The built in Wifi seems to have issues which effects the other apps.
There is nothing "smart" about this TV.
If I cared about those features. I would return this TV.

A: This TV has 1366 x 768 resolution, which is closer to 720p resolution.

A: No there is not a web browser in the traditional sense. This TV is equipped with Screencast, so the customer can browse the internet on their phone or tablet and view it on the TV using the Screencast.
