This drone has a screen which is operated by a 3.7 V rechargeable battery that cannot be changed

A: Sorry, I think you need to be using WiFi for the video to show up on the screen, have you connected your devices to a WiFi connection?

Q: Where can I acquire replacement parts if I crash the drone?

A: In the event of a crash, replacement parts for our drone models can be sent out from our warehouse in Calgary. Please email ina.service@fglsports.com with the model name of your RC unit, as well as what would need replacing.

Q: Memory card option? Does the unit have a slot to add a micro memory card for futur viewing on a computer...if so, what is tha maximum gigabyte (Gb) capacity it can support? Thank you

A: The unit comes with a 4GB micro SD card. I can't find anywhere the max size but I would think you are safe with 32GB.

Q: Length of flying time? It states viewing time is 30-40 minutes.....what is the meaning of flying time. Also, what is the length of flying time on a single charge? Thanks

A: I am pretty sure the flying time is from 5 - 6 minutes and it is the time that the drone is in the air, there is a low battery warning light that flashes on the remote control, if you don't land it soon after that warning the drone will come down fairly fast . It also depends on environment, ie. wind, pressure. The viewing time is how long you can view the camera without having to charge the controller again, they are separate batteries.

Q: What cannot be changed? It says that it comes with a screen and a rechargeable battery that cannot be changed...what cannot be changed..the screen or the battery? Thank you

A: The battery cannot be changed. I'm sure the screen is fixed to the remote also.

Q: Is there a memory card in the receiver for future viewing - does it have a USB port to hookup to your compluter ?? Does it have Still or Video viewing on a memory card or hookup to your computer???

A: It comes with a 4GB micro SD card and the larger adapter to put it into. It does have a USB port but it says for charging, I'm not sure if you can just download the images from it, I would think that you need to take the SD card out and put that into your PC. It will take still images anywhere but for you to view the video through the screen you would need to connect to WiFi.

Q: What is the life of the 3,7 battery in the screen - can they ever be replaced ?? Thanks

A: The battery in the display screen cannot be replaced, however, will last MUCH longer than the battery in the drone. The display can be easily charged via USB charging cable.
