False advertising

When you actually get to the store, this product is completely different. It is 12.5" instead of 12, has a Blue Jays logo on it and doesn't have a break near the palm to make it easier to close. I got stuck buying this product, so I guess the deceptive listing worked, but I will be returning this product. This experience will make me reconsider my future purchases from Canadian Tire. I contacted Canadian Tire cust. service to advise them of the discrepancy, but the online form submission through their site is not very user friendly, and it is clear that it is set up to make it hard to complain.

I needed a glove so I could play catch. Other sports stores were too expensive so I checked out Canadian Tire. They had a limited choice of selection but what they had was in budget. This glove works great for playing general baseball. I didn't know this was a softball glove when I purchased it but it works well with the small baseball.
