I bought this kit to break in a new glove. The oil and sponge were okay, however the quality of the band is terrible. As I put the band on my glove for initial break-in, the about a quarter length of the stitching came loose where the two ends meet. Terrible stitching. The stitching needs to be reinforced. If you are looking for a band, look elsewhere as the quality is not here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a high school baseball player, and received a new glove for his birthday. He used this kit to help break it in, and we are very pleased! The instructions were easy to follow, and the sponge made it very easy to apply the break in formula. It definitely shortened the break in time of the glove!
