Extremely sharp

I'm not sure about the claim that it is twice as sharp as steel, but it is certainly as sharp as any of the much more expensive knives I own. The bevel is ground perfectly from tip to heel and is sharp enough to shave with. Remains to be seen how long it stays this sharp.
