Raleigh bike rack doesn't fit Raleigh bike!

This is a Raleigh branded product, so naturally I thought it would fit my Raleigh bikes with no issue. The bikes are two different Raleigh models, and the clamp for the seat post fits neither. The clamp is a little too large and won't grip the seat post. I had to take a section of old bike tire tube and fit it inside the clamp to get it to grip the seat post. The blurb says it fits most bikes but it doesn't fit its native brand? I give it three stars for that reason. I would have scored it higher had it fit properly. It seems like a decently made product but some sort of spacer should be sold with it so it fits its own brand of bike and other bikes with a thinner seat post so it doesn't have to be jury rigged to fit, and so as not to disappoint the buyer and trigger an inevitable return to the store!
