Leaks badly at filter cartridge (twist connect)

Would Rate as Zero but must be 1-5. Installed and it leaks badly at cartridge connection. I have to return but don't know if it is just bad luck with the one unit. All O-rings look to be OK. Store only had two in stock I took one. Easily installed . No leaks at Tube cnnections. But I don't think I want to risk a chance of leak even if I get a unit that is initially OK what happens when I have to change cartridge.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Sorry to hear about the leak. It is unusual for a new filter to leak like that as it is CSA certified and designed to withstand burst pressures of over 400 psi.
