A: Hello, yes this product will work for a grow bag. However, it may not be strong enough to move the plants and soil around frequently. If you are planting and leaving the bags in one area it should be fine. thank you Glenn

Q: What is the size of the roll. People are saying 3 feet by 25 feet yet the discription says a coverage of 246 square feet. Unless my math is off , there is a great difference between 75 and 246.

Q: Does this weed barrier allow water to pass through it. I am planning on placing it around a tree and want tree to be watered.

A: Hello, Yes this weed barrier is water permeable. Because it is a thicker geotextile the water will pass through at a decrease rate compared to other lighter fabrics but it will pass through. Best regards

Q: do i need to totally weed my garden before i use the weed barrier?

A: Hello, For best results I would fully weed your garden before installation. Once it is fully weeded, lay your fabric down, secure every 6-8" with staples, then cover the fabric with 3-4" of some form of screening like mulch. Finally you want to ensure that the fabric is exposed to no UV rays as it will breakdown if it is. Best regards.
