Treatment Upon Making a Return

When this item was purchased, the cashier accidentally entered incorrect information resulting in me having paid for a Propane Exchange Program Entry Tank, whereas what I had indicated at point of sale was the desire to simply buy a new empty tank. My displeasure with the experience, however, stems from what transpired when I returned to the same store to get a refund. In short, the experience left me feeling more like a suspected swindler rather than a long-time, loyal and frequent customer. Feel free to contact me if you'd like further details.

A: Yes, any Canadian Tire location will accept returns, as well as any retailer that does tank exchanges. Even Walmart and Home hardware in most cities.

A: If you don't have an empty cylinder to exchange you may purchase a tank with propane. Prices for tank with propane ranges between $69.99 to $72.99 and most retail sites.

A: Yes, any of our tanks purchased from a Tank Traders cage will come filled and you can exchange an empty tank for a full one at any retailer with our Tank Trader cages.

A: Good day, If you have an expired tank, you can simply bring it in to any Tank Traders vendor and exchange it for an in-date tank. You will only pay for the cost of propane. We accept all 20lb propane tanks for exchange, as long as it is in good condition. Thank you

Q: When you buy a bbq propane tank with propane the 1st time at canadian tire, does it automatically enroll you for an exchange when empty? That is, you can come with ur empty tank, pay for propane and go with a full one right?
