With the 30-day iFIT trial membership included, you can achieve your fitness goals with customized training programs, route simulations, and data tracking. The Studio Pro 14 bike also offers 22 digital resistance levels, dual-sided pedals, vertical and horizontal seat adjustments, and a 24 lb flywheel for a smooth and quiet workout session.
