The ProForm Sport 3.0 Treadmill features Quick Incline and Quick Speed technology. Speed and incline can be adjustable with a simple button on the console. Quickly change speed or incline without breaking your stride or your concentration.
ProForm Sport 3.0 Treadmill is iFIT® enabled for interactive training sessions, streaming global and studio class workouts and connected fitness tracking, 30-day iFIT® membership included

A very useless product, it's not worth it. Cheap yeah! I bought this product and it lasted for 1yrs. I can't run on it more than 20min without it shutting down., frame and bolts keep on breaking. And there service customers not helpful. It's just useless

A: It goes up to 10 degrees by steps of half a degree or one degree. You can also select any degree at anytime. It can be activated before or during the treadmill moving.

Q: I just bought the ProForm Sport3 treadmill. As a very out-of-shape senior I have concerns about speed. Will I be able to set the speed at .5 mph? I’m finding 1mph too fast to start.

A: Yes, to the right of the red stop button you will see a minus and plus button, just keep pressing the minus button until the speed feels right. Hope this helps.

Q: Just purchased the Proform sport 3.0 folding treadmill. Excited to get it together and setup in our new home gym. We have tried several times to get the handrails tops on each side of the machine to snap into the bottom pieces Unsuccessfully. Help!
