Q: Je suis obligé a prendre l'application IFIT , ou je pourrais le travailler de manière manuel, même pour l'inclinaison, je regarde pour acheter ce tapis mais j'ai mes doutes si va être OK si je ne prendre pas cette aplication

Q: Can you do interval training without the ifit subscription?
2 years ago- A: You can do interval training - sort of. Without an ifit subscription, you cannot access any programs (including the interval ones). You can only use in manual mode. However, you could manually adjust your speed and incline to simulate interval training. That means you have to hit the speed up or down button as needed to adjust your speed - the treadmill will NOT do it automatically for you. The issue with that is if you are running at a high speed, you arms are going to be moving fast as well (obviously) - so one of those hands has to be used to hit the speed down button - not necessarily an easy thing to do if you are running at full speed!!6 months agoHelpful?
