Parts unavailable in Canada

This is our second season with the pool and although I really like the pool, we need to replace a short beam as it is damaged, and need to replace ushape pole cap, can't find replacement parts anywhere and on the polygroup.com site everything is out of stock. Even if it's available, being from Canada, the cost of the item (currency exchange, shipping and customs) makes it outrageous! Buyer beware and consider availabilty of replacement parts in Canada when purchasing a pool.

Has been able to enjoy a pool in our backyard! I think we have replaced the pump two
To three times so far, but, worth the enjoyment. Unfortunate product has been discontinued in our local CT store.

Buyer beware!!

We bought this pool half way through summer last year, this would have been our second season using it. The corner blew out of it yesterday, filling ours and our neighbours yards with water. We called Canadian Tire, and were told there is only a 90 day warranty on tears, rips, etc. $1000 seems expensive for about a months usage. We're just thankful our kids were not in or around the pool when it popped. The neighbours 3 houses down, heard it.
It should also be noted, that it did not tear on a seam.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Pool Terrible Pump

Great pool but pump and filter that comes with is terrible. I bought a new pump and sand filter (the proper way to filter pool water) and all the extras needed off amazon for about $300 so all in on this pool for $1300 which is very reasonable. I also take down and store in the winter which only takes about an hour to do. Second season with it so far so good!

This is the second season for this pool and I have had to replace the pump three times. To make matters worse you cannot purchase replacement parts unless you have an American mailing address. Buyer beware

Q: Is the filter supposed to be quite loud with this pool?

A: It is loud but not horribly loud I would say. If you want a quieter pump than just get an external pump. The pump works fine and keeps the pool clean but a stronger external pump would be much quieter and provide a stronger flow.

Q: Can this pool be left up year round in northern Ontario? Can the pool withstand harsh winter conditions (-40c and 4 feet of snow fall

A: Great question! I know that this information can be very helpful at the end of season. If you live in an area where the temperature falls below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, then it should be taken down and stored. When you are storing the pool, please be sure to completely drain and dry the pool to prevent molding. Store in an area that does not fall below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and that stays dry. A: It's just shy of the 52 inches...the corners have about a foot dip in them so it cant hold the entire 52 inches..

Q: Where can I purchase a replacement Bestway pool liner? One season in, the liner has 'bubbled' and has rips in it. A $1000 pool and cannot get replacement parts as far can be found using internet searching. The manufacturer has very poor support with only minor pieces available as spares.

A: I also have had the same issue. I contacted the number below and even emailed. I have been ignored for over a year now by bestway. The customer service rep promises to call back and then I get no call back. In my opinion... canadian tire should not stock items from bestway.

Q: Where can you buy replacements filters for this pool, 8x4? As so as i find out I will post it and we can buy all our other accessories there too. Please stock these filters CTC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A: The pool filters are very hard to purchase! Polygroup does not ship to Canada and all Canadian orders have to be done through Bongo. A big hassle!! Canadian Tire should stock replacement parts for this pool.

Q: Is this easy to install? What is the warranty? Can you have someone do the installation for you? How is the quality? I am seriously considering this as a purchase,but have no idea who makes it,if there is a video of it online and some honest reviews to watch before buying.
