I love how after you have made the coffee, all the parts are dishwasher safe and come apart for easy cleaning! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty nifty little gadget to add to my brewing systems. It works well and is perfect when you don't use it to make a ton at a time. I'm the only one who drinks cold brew in my house so it's perfect for our household. The only complaint is it is a bit difficult to clean. I found it was easiest to clean with our baby's bottle brush so now we just have two different cleaning brushes just to be cautious.

It did take me a little to get used to because I’m used to my keurig. Which I will still probably use more often because I’m not huge on cold brew coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really surprised at the quality and thought out design of this carafe. I don't drink coffee, but I bought it specifically to cold brew tea and infuse my water with fruit. It works really well for both. My bf thought I bought it for him to make cold brew in and there is always a battle for the carafe the night before. I think I might have to buy another or maybe even two.
The mesh core seems to be good quality and the bottom of it unscrews so you can get out the grounds/tea leafs/etc out a lot easier. The rubber bottom is really helpful and allows me to put it in the fridge door without worrying about it tipping over even though it is quite tall. The amount it holds is good. I can make tea for 2-3 days depending on how much I drink. It's a simple yet effective design and it looks nice too. It's also easy to wash. I don't care much for the "spinning flavor mixer" but it might be more useful for coffee users.

A: That filter can be used with hot water, but not boiling water. Do not use in the microwave. The answer is yes, but the filter is really designed for cold brew.

A: For best results, use fresh roasted, coarsely ground coffee. Add the coffee to the filter core then pour cold water over the coffee. Brew in the fridge for 12- 24 hours. This makes coffee concentrate that is 65% less acidic than hot brewed coffee and can be stored in the fridge for up to 14 days. For rich, smooth iced coffee, simply pour concentrate, water and creamer or cream substitute over ice. Use less water for stronger flavor or add your favorite ingredients like vanilla extract or chocolate syrup to make specialty iced coffee drinks.
