ingenious idea

I think that this is a unique dumbbell. It has a range of weight from 5 pounds to 50 pounds.
It is very easy and quick to change the weight using the plastic fork selector.

Great set of dumbells

The Power Block Sport 50 is a great set of dumbbells that range from 10-50 lbs, in 5 pound increments. It is quick and easy to switch between weights, and their compact size means they can be stored just about anywhere and take up much less space than a full set of regular dumbbells. The handle is larger than a typical dumbbell, so if you have small hands, this might not be the set for you. All in all, a great product.

Not the best design

I find the weight very boxy which limited my range of motion. The weight selector is not the best designed option I've seen and I found it cumbersome. Although this weight system takes up less space, I didn't find any other pros that would make me want to continue using this product.

Solid Product - Great Space Saver!

I have used this product for a couple of weeks now and I've found that there are a plethora of exercises that can be done with a dumbbell that will provide a total body workout. The footprint of this product is extremely small in comparison to the large range (10 - 50 lbs in 5 lb increments) of dumbbells that it provides! This is a great product and I especially recommend it to those people who don't have room for a full size gym in their home or would prefer to add a bench or two instead of a full dumbbell rack.
