Very dissatified with the product

I bought this product based on good customer reviews. However, I am not happy with the quality of hangers. They are unable to hold any weight. One of the hanger folded under the weight of a few silk ties (around 4 - 5). If you put a fall jacket, then it folds from the sides. I don't recommend this product to anyone.
