What quality control?

The nut in the wooden handle is course threaded BUT the bolt that holds the handle in place is fine threaded. SO, they don't thread together.
Also, there is a spring loaded stabilizing key which fell out thus rendering the entire handle/peel connection useless. Returned.
Did anyone even check this before it left the factory?
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great product

I had been looking at making a wood fired oven but it would have cost too much and then there would be the heating time to get it to temperature. This oven runs off propane and is ready to use in under 10 minutes. It heats to over 700° and the pizza has that wood oven taste that our gas oven can't come near since it only heats to around 500°.
