Q: Is this tire Star Rated? What's Star Rated and M+S Rated? Thanks wanted to know the meaning of Star rated, and M+S rated, as seen my mobile phone CT app.

A: A star rating on a tire means that the tire was designed specifically for use on a BMW vehicle. Tire models do not have a star rating but some sizes in a line of tires may be start rated. For more information about star rated tires, please contact BMW. To your second question, a mud and snow rating on a tire refers to an all-season tire that has been approved for use in both muddy and snowy conditions by the Rubber Manufacturer’s Association.
