Bad After Sales and defective products

Bought this machine in Feb, within 10cups, hot water start to leak from the left side of the machine. Sent in to service centre, came back today and water sipping out from left side of the machine again. Sent in to your CS to request a 1 to 1 exchange but got rejected. Instead required me to bring it to the service centre again. It’s a total waste of my leave to manage this defect machine.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This type of issue can sometimes be related to how the water tank, drip tray, or brew group is positioned inside the machine. Ensuring that the water tank is fully inserted and properly aligned, and that the drip tray is correctly seated without gaps, may help prevent water from escaping. It is also helpful to remove the brew group, rinse it under warm water, let it air dry completely, and then reinsert it firmly until it clicks into place. Checking that the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface can also help ensure proper internal drainage.

Automatic Espresso machine

Overall we am enjoying our new automatic espresso machine. It’s a treat to have a cappuccino every morning.
It also has all the features we were looking for. We’ve tried all the different types of coffee except for the iced coffee feature.
If I had to complain about anything it would be that sometimes the coffee is super hot and other times it’s not. I wish it could be more consistent. However my husband heats his cup in the microwave first so that helps.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The coffees are to small and the beans always get jammed. I am returning mine, be sure to research the maintenance on these units as well. The coffee was less robust than a Keurig. We tried two different types of beans, both a jammed and made average coffee.

A: I bought this machine to replace my old seaco i had for 22 years. Same good machine with same grinder with new features to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning process. Gives me a very good coffee day after day
