I replaced an old version of this toothbrush because I loved it - the quality has dropped substantially. It doesn't hold a charge more than about 5 days. I used to be able to take it on a trip and not charge it for two weeks. It's such a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Sonic electric toothbrush, and overall, it’s a decent electric toothbrush. It feels well made, has good cleaning power, quiet, and leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner compared to a manual brush. However, I was disappointed with the promotional offer included inside the packaging. There was a leaflet advertising a free replacement brush head if you register the product. That sounded like a nice added bonus and definitely influenced my impression of the purchase. Unfortunately, when I went online to register, I was told that the offer was no longer available. It’s frustrating to see promotional material inside a brand-new product box, only to find out the offer has already expired. If the promotion has ended, the packaging should be updated accordingly. It feels misleading and left a sour note on what would otherwise have been a straightforward purchase. In summary, the toothbrush itself performs well and does what it’s supposed to do, but the outdated promotional offer was disappointing. Because of that experience, I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars.
