It is great machine, I bought it in 2019 and till that time we use it 5 to 10 times each day and it works well with no issue. The quality of coffee is very good so that we never use other machines and no more buy cofee from shops, excellent product !!!

I bought it a week ago,woke up in the morning,the power button blink once and won't tor on. This is my 3rd saeco but man what a disappointment.
