Hanover 808-TMKK shower hardware

I've had this shower hardware since 2011 but have always had problems turning the handles. I want to change it so I reached out to your 800 number and sent them the picture. They were able to identify it so I asked if Pfister had a lifetime warranty but the customer person told me I needed to show proof of purchase. Since it's been since 2011 I no longer have the receipt. What do I need to do to get a replacement cartridge?

No, I do not recommend this product.

Flawed instructions

I bought this a while ago in preparation for my bathroom renovation. I started my reno by removing everything and starting from scratch. I built the shower stall wall according to instruction on my shower kit and reading the instructions for the shower faucet. I built a 2x4 wall and now find out the valve needs a thicker wall. The valve sticks out a 1/2" inch farther than it should be. Now I need a thicker wall. I also had an issue with the water spout that came with this kit. I contacted support. I now have 5 water spouts, yet not one of them is of the type in the instructions.

I bought a pfister product (tub and shower fixture) in 2011 when renovating my home after a fire. Just last week (2017) the spout started dripping. Sure enough i could not find the original box or receipt and more importantly did not know how to remove the parts. I sent an email off to pfister and a day later I got a response requiring more details. Additional information was provided (via email) and the next day pfister responded by providing instructions and probable cause and is sending me the part (cartridge) to replace. I am really amazed at this day in age and many stories about warranty issues with products purchased that such customer service is still out there. Hats of to pfister and company. Pfister the WESTJET in plumbing fixtures/service. THANK YOU

Beautiful, Fantastic Shower Head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this shower combo for about a week now, and couldn't be more pleased. The rain shower head is divine. It beats out all other shower heads we've gone through over the years. Just a few seconds under it, and you are drenched. It's just fantastic! Another great feature is the independent volume / temperature control. Love that we can set the temperature to whatever we want, then can turn the flow higher or lower without losing our temperature!! We did have a few hiccups with the installation. Some of the parts in the box didn't fit together like they should, but a quick call to Pfister's customer service, and the parts arrived two days later. Pfister has THE BEST customer service I have ever called in a company. They really do stand behind their products. This shower combo is the third fixture of theirs we have installed in our house, and won't be the last from them.

Yes, I recommend this product.
