Hello Tdinova, thanks for reaching out on the use of Permatex Battery Protector & Sealer. Sounds like you applied the product properly as directed. The process is to remove cable clamps and clean both of the terminals and clamps thoroughly and then apply an even layer of protector to the batter terminal and clamps and reattach the cable clamps. Using Permatex Battery Protector & Sealer coats and protects battery terminals and reduces the formation of corrosion to improve the battery life and provide optimal battery performance. Hard to get out of its package.

It’s ok, but was difficult to get out. It would be better if it was in a container that you could push out a lid or something instead of squeezing it out of a package. A bit messy as well. But, I guess it does the job it’s supposed to once it’s on the battery terminal.

I used this after I cleaned my battery connection. It seems to work fine but I would have liked a larger size package. This was all I could find.
