We are sorry to hear this! Be sure to check that the base is tight, and that the bottle neck threads line up correctly to help prevent leaking. For best results, we recommend hanging the feeder in the shade as well as out of high traffic or windy areas. If you continue to be unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact the original retailer for assistance with a refund.

It was cracked at the bottom and the nectar was leaking out. I threw it out.

I like that there is a moat on top for the ants. The fruit thing the birds don't even look at the fruit and the Jelly cup is not much good either, I have not seen any of my humming birds on it. I would have preferered to have the four feeding holes instead. But I like it.
