CTC Non Return policy a deal breaker

a year ago

Faucet didn't work as it should but couldn't return it to the store for a refund. Canadian Tire's recently implemented policy that opened goods can not be returned for a refund is a deal breaker for me. I won't be shopping there anymore. Terrible policy that shows CTC is about profits over customers.

We loved it, until it broke. Now the water is splashing out everywhere. We bought it new and it only lasted us just over 1 year, unfortunately. That's a lot of money to pay for a faucet that only lasts 1 year.
