I was worried something was wrong with my fixture but after seeing the other reviews here, I guess this product wasn't such a great deal after all

As another reviewer mentioned, it leaked right out of the package where the handheld hose meets its mount.

Poor Quality. Tried to install the shower head and it leaked right out of the packaging. Returned to store.
