Q: how far does it go?

1 Answer
  • A: The bow is meant to fire a 300 fps (feet per second) There are many factors that will control distance - wind, arrow weight, broadhead weight, angle of trajectory and so on. Crossbows are considered to be accurate and lethal in the 20 - 50 yard range depending on conditions and skill of the shooter. The arrow will travel further than that, but is not considered safe to hunt with beyond 70 yards on average. Here is some more detail on the cross bow package. Features short, lightweight compact design, aggressive stock styling, G2 trigger, auto engage, ambidextrous safety and anti dry fire device. Vented forearm with safety finger flange. Max-4 Camo. 300 fps. Wt.: 7 lbs. 23.75" axle to axle. 37.25" long (to stirrup). Polymer barrel. Machined aluminum riser and RED HOT synthetic string and cable. Package Options include quiver. 1 Dot Red (1D). 3 Dot red/green (3D). Multi reticle scope (MR). Illuminated Mult-reticle scope (IR). Pin Point scope (PP).
