Q: is is correct if I buy this battery 2.4 V instead of 1.2 V that I need? I need the PANASONIC battery rechargable AAA 1.2V for my phone, If I buy the battery with 2.4 V will be ok? It works?

A: Vasa was correct. The reply from Canadian Tire was not wrong, but it did not answer the question! The device you are using needs to be powered by 2.4volts. It will accept 2 x 1.2volt batteries - in this case: 2 x AAA batteries. The main concern is that you insert the batteries correctly. There is usually a printed or embedded diagram, where the batteries are held, that shows the correct way to insert the batteries. Hope this has cleared the matter up for you.

A: It does not, becaus the batery voltage is 1.2V. If you read carefully you can see this voltage somewhere on the batery
