Questions

Q: Can I connect these panels together to form a longer fence? What other parts do I need to do this? Do I have to also order posts or connectors?

5 Answers
  • A: You need to order single posts to join the sections together. There is also a gate unit if you are creating an enclosure.

Q: How much space between the rails, I need it to be narrow enough to keep a cat in.

  • A: You can attach this to it with ties. It will cover the gaps in a fence without overly changing the look of the fence. However, a cat could just jump over the fence as it is not overly high. https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/quest-plastic-chicken-wire-0591843p.html#plp

Q: Do you need to buy stakes and attach them to bottom somehow? Or do you just stick the fence in ground as is? One reviewer said you need to buy stakes separately. Please advise. Thanks!

  • A: You need to buy finial fence poles seperately to attach the fence panels together, this pole goes through the holes in the fence panel and into the ground to secure the fence. No stakes are required at the bottom. hope this answers your question

Q: How many of panels come in a pack per order? Please provide the link or description of the poles needed to connect the panels. And I have a space of 35 inches on one side and 154 inches another side that I need to fence. How many panels will be needed?

2 Answers
  • A: The poles are $9.99 each - product #059-0341-0 - Panacea Fence Pole - 38 inches tall. To connect 2 panels you would need 3 poles. The panel doesn't come in a pack. You only get one panel for $34.99. They are expensive to buy but they are very high quality. Each panel is 30 inches high and 37 inches wide. For your one space of 35 inches the panel will overlap it by 2 inches so you only need 1 panel. For the 154 inches four panels will cover 148 inches and that would leave you with a 6 inch gap. If you are able to you could use another panel just to cover the gap. So in total you would need 6 panels and about 9 poles (depending on how you connect the 35 inch spot with the 154 inch spot.

Q: Will this work on gravel? My yard is gravel not grass, and want to prevent my dog from eating my garden

2 Answers
  • A: Yes it will work on any surface that you can pound the pegs into (I'm assuming under the gravel is dirt) we have used this in all our yards as perimeter fencing to keep the dogs away from the real fence
