I came back to Canadian Tire with a broken bracket after struggling for 2 weeks to try and get them to understand what I was looking for. I had the part number and name, they still couldn’t understand what I had purchased and that it even existed. I finally got them to order in the part and when I went in they still had the wrong bracket. I paid $16 extra for this exact one, it gave out within a month. They are still struggling to understand that this bracket does exist and that I have a lifetime warranty on it.
