Have had Defender tires numerous times over the years on suvs and motor homes.. They have performed excellently with great winter traction and tread life. Hopefully the new ones are still the same, only time will tell. The jury's still out on the purchasing process as the tire pressure monitor system didn't work when i picked iy up and the associates were not aware of the any Michelin rebate from CTC and would need to claim it directly with Michelin. But the Michelkin website is clear that the mail in rebate is not available for CTC purchases. I have go back to the store and they will re torque the wheels, check the tire pressure monitoring system and ask them about fulfilling the instant $125 rebate which should have been done at the point of purchase. If able I will review the rating after the revisit and adjucst accordingly.

Seem good so far and time will tell, when I get into more in the out back, I was happy with my last set in the snow and mud. They seem a little bit smooth so far. When I get in the out back of farm, or when get a bad boat ramp, I like to think tires help pull me out.
