This is a great vacuum, looks nice but it's really awkward to use. The power switch is lower down so you have to reach for it, the cord comes out the bottom and that's it .. it stays there so when you vacuum you have to hold part of the cord up so you don't run over it. The pieces fit together but it's also awkward to put together. Easy enough, but parts don't intuitively click into place. No bag is nice and the vacuum really picks up stuff off the floor and suction is great. Had a hard time finding this in-store, I went the day before the sale was over and they had been moved from where the location stated on the store website. So I searched and of course it's hard to find an employee in Canadian Tire to help. Finally found the vacuums - they weren't with the others but in the middle aisle. Loaded 2 into my cart which was awkward. Saw no staff on my way out till I got to the checkout. No one asked if I needed assistance and it was really hard to see around the vacuums. Was a job to get two vacuums in my car and no one asked if they could assist. Not excited but vacuum works well.
