Customer service at the return desk

I purchased this new heater as I had to return my previously purchased (expensive) heater which came apart after 4 months. I only had an order number as I threw away the receipt, never expecting to return the heater. A staff member at the customer service desk helped me and she was wonderful. She was able to find the details of the return on the system and issued a gift card without any difficulty and with such professionalism. I believe her name was Donna, I may be wrong. She's an asset to your store, especially in this day and age when good customer service is quite rare.

Small, lightweight and heats well. DOES NOT have an automatic shut-off which means it must constantly be monitored.

Hot, but no control

When it comes to putting heat out, this seems to work. So much so that even on the fan setting mine was pumping out as much heat as the high setting. I had to force the switch further to have the fan only. Since it doesn’t have a thermostat, I hooked it up to a green house thermostat. Well this made the heater useless as you need to tin it off in order to turn it back on. So if you plan on keeping it on all the time, then go for it. The light is a nice useless feature
