You Get What You Pay For

Longevity and reliability are consistent with the price. Lasted about 2-2.5 months before acting up. No complaints for the price. I would probably recommend skipping this price range and going into the $300-500 range.

Weak Suction & Frustrating Warranty Process

This vacuum is basically useless. The suction power is extremely weak and it barely picks anything up. Even when it does, debris often falls back out once the vacuum is turned off, which completely defeats the purpose.
What made the experience worse is the support process. The unit specifically says not to return it to the retailer and to contact the manufacturer directly, which I did. I spent about six weeks going back and forth with their customer service, repeating the same troubleshooting steps over and over. Despite clearly explaining the issue, they kept offering to send a replacement filter, even though the filter was never the problem.
I eventually contacted the retailer, Canadian Tire, who told me to bring it in for a warranty inspection. There was no real inspection done, they simply exchanged it for another unit, which doesn’t address the underlying issue at all.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience from both the product and support side. I would not recommend this vacuum, and the return/warranty process makes it even worse.
