Not sure why there's so many bad reviews

Just picked this up today for $150 at my local store. After reading all the negative reviews about how it doesn't chill the water to coldhow slow it pours or how loud it is, I can't believe how much bad press this is getting. Chills down to a comfortable cold, not ice cold and uncomfortable to chug. Perfect temperature if you ask me. Pours no slower than any public water refill station, not sure what people are expecting for the price. Fills my 2L water bottle in less than a minute. Isn't loud at all, no louder than any other water cooler I've owned. Hot water comes out perfectly hot, makes an excellent instant cup of coffee. For $150, this is a great piece of kit. If it lasts a few years, I'll be happy.
