Pan is not flat!

II have a Ninja Neverstick Ceramic 10 1/4" frypan. It works on my induction stovetop, but certainly not a well as a 100% stainless steel pan. It's very much non-stick. However, the cooking surface is not flat. It's raised up in the center so any oil, butter, etc runs to the edges. I know some pans are designed with a raised center which flatten sout once they are heated, but this one does not. I've fried several dishes for 10 -20 minutes and the center remains raised.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Do not buy this ceramic set. They emit a very strong plastic burn smell throughout the house. Also the handles fall off. I threw these away into the trash can.

The 26 cm Fry Pan:260 mm internal diameter, 269.3 mm external diameter. The 1.5 QT Saucepan:160 mm internal diameter, 170 mm external diameter.
