Poor Delivery by Canada Post

a month ago

Had to have someone pick up at the post office when I paid a shipping fee of $10.00. As a disabled person I was home when they delivered the filters. Our place is very accessible. I want to be refunded the shipping fee or I will not purchase from Canadian Tire again. Canada Post is too lazy to deliver and just leaves a tag on you mail box or door.
