Overheating issues

Bought this a month sgo and it has already died completely due to a constant overheating issue im guessing is related to there being no vents, I have only used mine for light sanding to remove some old paint. It just died today in the middle of my work do not recommend due to longevity issue fir the price it should last more than a month

  • A: I believe it should as there are several bits. I purchased this for my son last Chrismas. If there isn't a bit in the kit for it they are available individually at CT or Dremel.

Q: Can this tool cut a bolt holding a toilet in place so I can put the cap on?

  • A: Probably not. Its basically a cheap version of a dremel: very little torque. It would just stop spinning with a 1/4 inch bolt like that. I wouldnt. Get something stronger. AND apply penetrating oil to soften it up first.

Q: Can this tool with the right attachment be used to remove grout from a bathroom floor?

Sku 3999528 is mainly used for hobbies and light duty fixing.
