This product is not the normal quality I've come to know from Canadian Tire and MotoMaster unfortunately. There were three main issues I had with this product. 1. The jack handle was very scratched up, not the normal scratches you would see from maybe the item not being packaged properly during delivery but moreso either it looked like a return or it was just not finished properly during manufacturing. 2. For the handle to engage to be able to pump, it need to fit in to the handle socket and then twist the handle to the right for the pin to fit in to the groove in order for the handle to be secure and safe. Unfortunately this wasn't possible as the was an very small extra piece of metal that was blocking the pin from fitting properly. I had to take a pair of pliers and break off this piece so that the handle could engage properly. 3. The instruction manual is seriously lacking. Once I was able to get the handle to fit properly, the jack worked as expected and with ease however I have reservations about the longevity given the above issues.

No problem lifting 4100lbs SUV. Very stable and releases pressure gradually when needed. Got it on sale. Worth it.
