Disappointed

This was an inexpensive purchase but it is not a good quality bike. We had to take the bike in for repairs twice. The store that we took the bike to was unable to fix the bike the second time and sent the bike home with us. I then took it to another bike show and they easily repaired it at a reasonable price. Overall this was a disappointing purchase.
No, I do not recommend this product.

back tire keeps blowing

I ordered two of these bikes and there is either a manufacturers defect or the tubes that were provided were too cheap, but we have blown the back tire on both bikes repeatedly. I bought these bikes for my teenage boys who weigh approximately 150 lbs.
I returned the bikes to the Sport Chek mall location nearest to me (20 km away) and they "fixed" it. Today I drove to pick up my kid with a flat tire on the side of the road again. This may be a fluke, but for the same issue to occur on two different bikes makes me think it is a manufacturing issue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I put more than 800km on this bike, lots of off roading, many crashes, and i weigh 200 ponds, and this bike is doing an amazing job. I deal with like a milatary bike and its taking it all the way!

Good deal but a hasle to finish the install alone

Definitely got good deal for the bike when I bought it online but I had issues doing the install. The video wasn't always that clear and I had to continuously stop it and take it back, which was distracting me to actually do the install. I still haven't been able to take it outside since the gears don't seem to work 100%. I will have to bring it to the store for them to finish the initial tune up... or I may just simply return it.

Unfortunately in these times the bike took a little to arrive. When i took it out of the box to put it together the front tire was zip tied to the frame. Turns out the rim was a bit bent. Had to take it to your bike shop and they promptly repaired it. Got the bike for my grandson, and he loves it.
