Only gave it 4 stars because I had to assemble and adjust it myself, which wouldn’t of happened if we weren’t in quarantine. I hope I will still be eligible for a complimentary adjustment when this is all over since the gears are not as smooth as they should be. It feels solid, stable, a bit heavy.

Bike Assembly

The bike is a good Beginner bike; however, stores should not be shipping this bike. It should be curb side pick up already assembled. This bike CAN NOT safely be assembled by anyone other than a professional, familiar with bikes. It’s like sending a car partially assembled and saying “you figure out the brake” system. I luckily found a locally owned shop owner who helped me; however this added to the cost as I paid him. That was definitely disappointing.
