I only used it once

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used it once and it worked great, however, When installing I tightened the bolts to tight and cracked the mounting bracket. Getting to a place to order the part was difficult and time consuming. After a week I finally received an invoice for the part and paid it so I guess the parts arrive I can tell you how it really works.
