Purchased 2 years ago. First time used very beautiful. Next year one line quit. Replaced fuse, still didn't work. This year more lines quit. Replacement fuses don't work. My daughter had 6 lines, same thing, replaced all the fuses and nothing works.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Couple of my NOMA String Lights have dimmed in light intensity (quite noticeable). Can you recommend possible solutions? It looks like the voltage has been reduced but the other 7 strings are fine.

A: Thanks for reaching out. This light set was built on a series circuit. This means when one bulb goes out, the entire circuit is impacted and does not stay lit. May we suggest to check the connection of the lights if there is any loosen bulb; especially for the lamp holders with 3-wire connected at the bottom as they are the joints of the series circuit. Q: 2 questions, first tested all lights going up inside worked fine, now have everything up outside and one set doesn't work and another is dim, not completely out but about a quarter of the brightness. How do I find each of these issues?
