I just used it last night to make banana bread. It worked great. I think you need to cook it about 10 minutes longer than you normally would, at least that’s what happened with me.

Great to cook in and easy clean up

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] Another pan in the collection. Perfect to cook with my wife says. The banana bread slips out perfectly and does not stick at all which makes easy clean up. All the pans from Green Leaf are the exact same like this.
